Identity & Access Manager managing pivotal IAM systems and processes in IT services. Collaborating with IT-Security and supporting user identity management along IAM workflows in a hybrid structure.
Responsibilities
Operation, maintenance and further development of Identity & Access Management systems (e.g., Tools4Ever or comparable solutions)
Management of user identities, roles and permissions according to defined IAM processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
Conducting entitlement reviews, recertifications and regular access audits
Supporting the implementation, optimization and documentation of IAM processes and policies
Close collaboration with IT security, infrastructure, application owners and business units
Supporting the service desk with IAM-related requests (2nd-level support, escalations)
Training and advising users and business units on IAM processes and tools
Assisting with compliance to regulatory and security requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI IT Baseline Protection/IT-Grundschutz, DORA)
Requirements
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker), a degree in IT/computer science or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally in an IT service or security environment
Experience with IAM solutions (e.g., Tools4Ever, Entra ID / Azure AD, Flowster, Okta, One Identity, SailPoint, or similar)
Basic knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID), and role and permission concepts
Understanding of IT security principles (Least Privilege, Need-to-Know, Zero Trust)
Structured, analytical working style with a strong service and quality orientation
Team player with strong communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with business units
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
