Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, construction management or architecture
Experience in project leadership and control, especially in residential construction
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and estimating/tendering software
Knowledge of VOB; familiarity with HOAI is an advantage
Strong organizational skills, cost awareness and negotiation ability
