The very principle of the German “Service KVG” for real estate was invented by us: Set up in 2009, our company has since evolved into Germany’s leading "Service KVG" (fund administrator and AIFM) in the real estate sector.
With offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Luxembourg, INTREAL is internationally positioned and is present in all major European investment fund locations.
INTREAL is the first German “Service KVG” (fund administrator and AIFM) that focuses solely on the set up and management of regulated real estate funds for third parties.
We fulfill all management tasks of an AIFM company and its existing funds for our fund partners under applicable investment law – impartially, quickly efficiently, and without conflicts of interests.
Real estate asset managers without their own AIFM licence have the option to launch any type of regulated fund in collaboration with us.
Furthermore, new or established investment fund managers who are licensed in their own right may outsource comprehensive back office services to INTREAL as a fully licensed fund administrator.
