You’ll also own your deals (strategic, higher ACVs).
This role requires travelling to our potential customers’ facilities ~20% of the time.
Launching new geographies.
You’ll report directly to the CEO & Cofounder.
Requirements
Proven experience leading B2B sales teams in high-growth companies.
Ideally SaaS.
Fluent in English.
German, Dutch or Spanish are a nice-to-have.
Have scaled sales organizations.
Have automated GTM processes.
You can own stuff.
You are reliable.
You know about AI or are determined to learn how to leverage it.
Nice to have: Experience revolutionising “traditional” industries e.g. agriculture, health (selling to hospitals), construction.
