About the role

  • Own the entire customer lifecycle post-acquisition to drive retention and growth;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies across the customer base;
  • Analyze customer behavior data to identify churn risk factors and upsell opportunities;
  • Create customer segmentation strategies for targeted retention campaigns;
  • Design and implement upsell campaigns for hosting upgrades, premium features, and add-on services;
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the SiteGround product line and partner with product teams;
  • Launch multi-channel upsell and retention campaigns (email, in-app, phone, advertising platforms, social media);
  • Develop renewal reminder sequences and win-back campaigns for lapsed customers;
  • A/B test messaging, timing, and offers to optimize campaign performance;
  • Create personalized customer journey flows based on hosting usage patterns;
  • Monitor key retention metrics (churn rate, renewal rates, customer lifetime value, expansion revenue) and conduct cohort analysis;
  • Implement feedback loops and report on campaign ROI and present insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement;
  • Knowledge of web analytics and customer behavior tracking;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset;
  • Experience in SaaS, hosting, technology services or subscription-based industry preferred;
  • Ability to design innovative retention solutions;
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
