About the role

  • Building and running campaigns that actually deliver leads.
  • Owning the numbers—tracking KPIs, reporting results, and improving what works.
  • Creating go-to-market messaging that makes sense to customers and helps Sales win.
  • Using every channel that matters—social (paid and organic), PPC, email, webinars, content marketing.
  • Working with Sales to keep the pipeline healthy and growing.
  • Keeping an eye on the competition and making sure our message cuts through.

Requirements

  • You’ve done B2B SaaS marketing before and know what drives pipeline.
  • Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end—from idea to execution to reporting.
  • Commercially sharp—you care about revenue, not vanity metrics.
  • Creative enough to try new ideas, analytical enough to know what works.
  • Great communicator, detail-focused, and proactive.
  • Bonus points if you’ve used Salesforce and Pardot (or similar).
