Responsibilities
Own demand generation and lifecycle marketing across the funnel, from cold leads to reactivation
Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans across CRM, Paid Social, and Organic Social channels
Identify and action content opportunities for audience segments
Build and test referral programs, price-drop alerts, retargeting flows, and conversion accelerators
Work closely with the data & analytics teams to track funnel performance and improve future campaign strategy
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing role
Strong copy briefing skills with an eye for content performance and audience alignment
Fluent in lifecycle marketing and automation tools like Braze, Klaviyo, Posthog, n8n, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
