About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager planning and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies for VistaJet's aviation services. Collaborating across teams to drive demand generation and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation and lifecycle marketing across the funnel, from cold leads to reactivation
  • Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans across CRM, Paid Social, and Organic Social channels
  • Identify and action content opportunities for audience segments
  • Build and test referral programs, price-drop alerts, retargeting flows, and conversion accelerators
  • Work closely with the data & analytics teams to track funnel performance and improve future campaign strategy

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing role
  • Strong copy briefing skills with an eye for content performance and audience alignment
  • Fluent in lifecycle marketing and automation tools like Braze, Klaviyo, Posthog, n8n, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
