About the role

  • Inbound & Demand Generation Strategy: Design and execute multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns (content, SEO, paid, social, partnerships, etc.) that drive awareness and new top-of-funnel leads.
  • Conversion Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversion rates across campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to design and launch effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Campaigns: Own the planning, execution, and performance tracking of innovative campaigns that create demand and accelerate lead flow.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a growth partner to organizational leaders, aligning strategies with business goals and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance, optimize spend, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles, with proven success driving inbound pipeline and conversion.
  • Strong background in building go-to-market strategies and launching new products.
  • Proficiency with inbound marketing tools and tactics, including SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and content-driven lead generation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering across Product, Sales, and Executive teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or related industries preferred.
