About the role

  • Manager overseeing customer growth in Minneapolis for a company connecting schools with educators. Driving revenue and team dynamics while fostering partnerships with education leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Define your region's launch and growth strategy, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Own the overall end-to-end delivery of a new city including planning, hiring, and people management.
  • Build a high performing team that gets better every single month.
  • Collaborate with Product to develop necessary features for school districts and educators.
  • Strategize with Sales for launching in new districts and expanding revenue.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role and 1 year of leadership.
  • Share our passion for positively impacting education.
  • Proven ability to act with urgency, and roll up your sleeves to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
  • Radical ownership: Lead your team’s overall success and revenue growth.
  • Mastery of managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
