About the role

  • Client Growth Consultant responsible for overseeing strategies to support divisional client growth at Weatherby Healthcare. Engaging with sales teams and stakeholders to enhance market share and fulfill job opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities with our Divisional Clients and oversee execution that supports the overall divisional client strategy through lead generation efforts
  • Create awareness of new client contracts signed and direct resources to highest opportunities
  • Uplevel our partnership with divisional clients to grow additional market share
  • Partner with sales reps and leaders to influence action needed to achieve job fulfillment
  • Set and manage expectations with stakeholders. track, measure, and hold applicable stakeholders accountable for results
  • Be able to create, analyze, and interpret findings based on different reporting platforms (ex: Tableau, Salesforce, Excel)
  • Use diplomacy and negotiation skills to solve problems with multiple internal and external customers
  • Conduct voice of the customer sessions with both internal and external customers
  • Create and present various reports to internal customers

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development and/or Account Management
  • Building internal business relationships to influence growth
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Understanding physician staffing sales cycle and apply industry knowledge to achieve sales targets
  • Translate data into insight to diagnose opportunities
  • Juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Identifies ways to optimize the sales process with client growth
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • General knowledge of marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Skilled 'change agent' capable of convincing skeptics through collaboration and professional diligence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills through delivering and managing continuous improvement efforts
