Junior Growth Marketing Manager optimizing digital marketing campaigns for hearing care provider Sonova. Working closely with performance marketers and contributing to data-driven marketing initiatives in an international environment.
Responsibilities
Support the setup, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain
Assist in monitoring campaign performance, identifying trends, and implementing optimization ideas
Contribute to testing initiatives, including ad creatives, messaging, and landing page improvements
Help prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with design, content, product, and technical teams to support successful campaign execution
Stay curious and proactive in learning new digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
Exchange knowledge with colleagues across teams and markets and actively contribute ideas for improvement
Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field (internships or working student experience are welcome)
Basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media channels
Interest in data analysis and performance optimization
Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Piwik, PowerBI) is a plus but not required
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
