About the role

  • Own and optimize paid search, SEO, paid social, and marketplace campaigns
  • Design market-specific strategies for US, DACH, and ANZ
  • Partner with brand/content team for creative
  • Use AI daily for automation, analysis, creative, and testing
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve to lower CAC and increase pipeline
  • Participate in initial interview, manager conversation, and scenario-based exercise during hiring process

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing (paid search, SEO, paid social, marketplaces)
  • Ability to design strategies for US, DACH, and ANZ markets
  • Strong experimentation and testing mindset
  • Daily use of AI for automation, analysis, creative, and testing
  • Experience with marketplaces like G2 and Microsoft AppSource
  • Collaboration with brand/content teams and creative partners
  • Ability to own and optimize paid campaigns and lower CAC
