Support business development efforts for Wasserman’s brands and properties marketing teams\n• Manage design of presentations and sales materials across business development initiatives\n• Uphold and interpret brand guidelines; design templates and layouts that follow brand standards\n• Quickly solve issues like text-heavy slides, confusing layouts, ineffective design and charts/tables\n• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all brand presentations are of a high standard\n• Maintain image display standards for presentation formats\n• Occasionally support creative pitches, building mock ups and creative assets across digital, social, print, and TV\n• Collaborate with business development leads and executive team members to create creds decks, pitch decks, illustrative designs, templates distributed across the organization
Requirements
2-4+ years of experience developing presentation decks, creative assets and/or working as a designer at a creative, digital, sponsorship or experiential agency\n• Knows how to weave together a story with visuals and has an eye for matching images to words\n• A knack for picking up brands’ visual identities and switching between them quickly\n• Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time\n• Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy\n• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines\n• Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides\n• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)\n• Works well with others; learns fast; strong communication and diplomacy skills\n• Open to candidates located in: Brooklyn, Bay Area or Knoxville (preferred)
