About the role

  • We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Graphic Design & Marketing Executive to drive our visual story-telling. This role is design-focused (around 70%), with the remaining scope supporting broader marketing activities (campaign execution, content development, performance tracking etc).
  • Graphic & Visual Design:
  • Develop a wide range of marketing assets including digital ads, social media creatives, email visuals, brochures, pitch decks, and infographics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to translate campaigns and product stories into impactful visuals.
  • Collaborate with product teams on product UI design, to enhance the user experience.
  • Web Design & Management:
  • Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Create engaging web visuals and content to elevate campaigns and enhance user experience (UX).
  • Ensure website design reflects brand voice, identity, and marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Execution:
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies that drive brand visibility and business growth.
  • Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and events).
  • Produce compelling creative content to strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in design and/or marketing roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in digital and graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and basic HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms)
  • Strong eye for branding, visual storytelling, and design trends
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
