Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global tech company, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement recruitment processes from scratch, including local and international hiring.
- Extensive experience hiring diverse talent across disciplines, with a focus on R&D and GTM roles.
- In-depth understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in regions like Israel, Europe, and the US
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills, leveraging data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
- A track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers at all levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - this is a must.
