Product & Messaging Alignment: Partner with Product to deeply understand Sycurio’s solutions and work with Marketing to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging.
Asset Creation: Develop playbooks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials tailored to industries and use cases.
Content Management: Own and maintain the enablement content repository in Hubspot, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and actionable.
Field Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging resonates and evolves based on field insights.
Performance Tracking: Measure program effectiveness through adoption, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously iterate based on rep input, win/loss analysis, and market shifts.
Requirements
6+ years' experience in Sales Enablement or Technical Training
Strong interest/experience in facilitating in-person and virtual enablement in global SaaS businesses
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimize performance using internal tools
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Strong familiarity with enterprise sales motions—including pre-sales and technical sales—as well as established sales methodologies and best practices.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Experience working with international markets and global teams.
Comfortable navigating cultural nuances and adapting enablement strategies across regions
Proficiency in enablement platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
