About the role

  • Design and Deliver Enablement Programs: From onboarding to ongoing coaching, create personalized, data-driven experiences aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Product & Messaging Alignment: Partner with Product to deeply understand Sycurio’s solutions and work with Marketing to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging.
  • Asset Creation: Develop playbooks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials tailored to industries and use cases.
  • Content Management: Own and maintain the enablement content repository in Hubspot, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and actionable.
  • Field Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging resonates and evolves based on field insights.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure program effectiveness through adoption, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously iterate based on rep input, win/loss analysis, and market shifts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in Sales Enablement or Technical Training
  • Strong interest/experience in facilitating in-person and virtual enablement in global SaaS businesses
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimize performance using internal tools
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise sales motions—including pre-sales and technical sales—as well as established sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Experience working with international markets and global teams.
  • Comfortable navigating cultural nuances and adapting enablement strategies across regions
  • Proficiency in enablement platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • This role will be required to work UK business hours.
