About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst at Broadridge analyzing sales data, managing forecasts, and ensuring CRM effectiveness. Collaborating with sales teams and assisting marketing campaigns to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes sales related reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement
  • Develops and maintains sales forecasts and associated performance reporting
  • Assists with CRM development and integration
  • Works closely with Sales and Sales Operations Management to identify and address issues
  • Creates Contact Lead lists for Sales Reps and Business Development Reps
  • Assists Marketing team with list generation for campaigns
  • Manages Sales Enablement and Dialer application
  • Reviews and validates existing customer and pricing data

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year with Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Ability to be flexible to a changing environment
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
