Collaborate intensively with multiple functional teams, including medical affairs, commercial, sales, market development, and advocacy, to align the brand narrative with emerging evidence and ensure cohesive implementation of strategies.
Play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of launch activities for the product’s expansion with a new indication.
Oversee allocated budgets for programs, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver maximum impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing, or the sciences.
10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience.
Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies founded on insights and value propositions.
Robust understanding of commercial strategy, including pricing, reimbursement, and market research techniques.
Demonstrated experience in financial competence and budget management with a clear understanding of P&L and business drivers.
Experience in the respiratory and/or immunology therapeutic area.
Experience engaging with external customers, such as key opinion leaders and payers.
Broad commercial experience including pre-launch and launch.
