Responsibilities
Hablar con los/las clientes/as por teléfono y correo electrónico para resolver sus dudas.
Trabajando en Operaciones, serás el **corazón de la compañía**: tu principal objetivo será ayudar a los clientes.
Tendrás la responsabilidad total de los asuntos que lleguen a tus manos, resolviendo las dudas de los clientes en cualquier área del sector energético. No pasamos llamadas para que los clientes se vuelvan locos/as hablando cada vez con gente diferente. Estarás capacitado/a para resolver cualquier incidencia que se te presente.

Requirements
**Experiencia en atención al cliente** (al menos 1 año en asesoramiento telefónico o similar).
Un enfoque centrado en el/la cliente/a, con paciencia y empatía.
Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno dinámico y en constante evolución.
