Responsibilities
Hands-on operations and a 'get-things-done' mentality: understand, analyze, challenge, rethink, and implement solutions.
Project work and an outside-in process perspective: quickly get up to speed on topics, challenge workflows, and develop solutions with a cross-functional view.
Team leadership and day-to-day operations: lead your team, keep day-to-day business stable, and step in to take over operational tasks when needed.
Interface management: close coordination with Category Management and relevant teams with clear responsibilities and high accountability.
Continuous process development: identify improvement potentials and consistently enhance internal processes.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, E‑Commerce, or equivalent).
Highly self-motivated, quick learner, and willingness to learn.
Independent, structured working style with a strong sense of ownership.
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
Passion for operations: prioritizing work, planning capacities, and maintaining a stable task flow.
Excellent Excel skills, tech-savvy, and enthusiasm for automation and tooling.
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written).
