Responsibilities
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the team with a focus on Linux, SAP Basis, SRE and databases
- Continuously develop the team's technical focus areas and strategies
- Plan and implement security-related measures while ensuring standards and compliance are maintained
- Contribute to the installation, monitoring and support of complex IT systems — from traditional servers to modern platform services
- Actively support certification and quality-assurance activities in IT operations
- Coordinate 3rd-level support for core systems and drive efficient resolution paths for incidents and problems
Requirements
- University degree in IT (or equivalent) or completed IT vocational training with relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of Linux administration and experience with Docker, Kubernetes and databases
- Practical experience in SAP Basis administration (ideally with SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA)
- Structured, analytical working style, initiative and strategic thinking
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead people
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
