About the role
- Operations Manager ensuring smooth center operations for ABS Kids. Leading staff, managing daily operations and supporting clinical teams in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.
- Lead and support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team
- Manage daily operations-scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more
- Partner with HR for training and staff development
- Track performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Handle caregiver concerns and team communication
- Plan community events and team culture initiatives
- Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance
- Report to the Director of ABA Services
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience
- Can organize documents, effectively communicate, and find solutions to issues in a professional manner
- Know (or are willing to learn) about ABA therapy
- Have HIPAA knowledge and remote team experience
