About the role
- Founders Associate Intern in a PropTech startup facilitating projects and strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with founders and investors while shaping the future of real estate.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders and investors: support them in strategic decision-making and contribute your own ideas
- Own projects end-to-end: take responsibility for projects from initial planning through implementation that drive the company forward
- Build structures & optimize processes: design and implement operational workflows that accelerate growth
- Shape fundraising activities: plan and coordinate funding rounds, from sourcing investors to preparing pitch decks
- Scaling & team building: support company growth by developing sales, recruiting new talent, and taking ownership of product responsibilities
Requirements
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in, for example, Business, Engineering, IT, or Real Estate Management—ideally nearing graduation
- Ideally some practical experience from internships in startups, consulting, finance, or real estate
- High degree of initiative, strong analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German required (at least C1)
