About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to offers across all open roles
  • Build and run social recruiting campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, community channels)
  • Screen and qualify applicants and manage the candidate pipeline
  • Coordinate interview processes with the founders (A-Player interview framework)
  • Track recruiting KPIs and optimize conversion at each funnel stage
  • Actively source candidates: direct outreach, referrals, and network activation
  • Manage the content pipeline across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Coordinate production with external partners and freelancers
  • Support founder-led content — scripting, scheduling, and distribution
  • Drive internal initiatives from ideation through to completion
  • Attend and document founder strategy sessions
  • Build project documentation and tracking systems

Requirements

  • You are an entrepreneur at heart — or on the path to becoming one
  • Exceptional track record in something: academics, sports, startups, consulting, or a side project that actually delivered results
  • You're athletic and take your physical fitness and health very seriously
  • You think in systems and outcomes, not tasks and hours — 80/20 by instinct
  • Strong practical judgment

  • Perform well under pressure
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in tech startups, top-tier consulting, or fast-paced operational roles — or demonstrable comparable intensity from another field
