Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to offers across all open roles
Build and run social recruiting campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, community channels)
Screen and qualify applicants and manage the candidate pipeline
Coordinate interview processes with the founders (A-Player interview framework)
Track recruiting KPIs and optimize conversion at each funnel stage
Actively source candidates: direct outreach, referrals, and network activation
Manage the content pipeline across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
Coordinate production with external partners and freelancers
Support founder-led content — scripting, scheduling, and distribution
Drive internal initiatives from ideation through to completion
Attend and document founder strategy sessions
Build project documentation and tracking systems
