About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and manage associate veterinarians in hospitals.
- Drive the culture and delivery of quality care by veterinary teams.
- Validate clinical skillset and alignment with quality standards through audits.
- Oversee coaching programs for newly hired veterinarians.
- Partner with the Director of Veterinary Quality for talent recruitment and retention.
- Ensure compliance with clinical essentials and government regulations.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree required.
- Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with all applicable state veterinary boards for assigned hospitals.
- 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery practice.
