About the role

Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, or a comparable field—ideally with initial experience in startups, consulting, or agency environments.
- Radical solution orientation: You are a “builder.” Where others see problems, you are already building the first workflow prototype.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You think like a founder. You understand business metrics and have the drive to independently get things done.
- Technical affinity: You love digital tools and automations (e.g., no-code, AI agents). Basic coding knowledge is a strong plus to communicate on equal terms with our dev teams.
- Strong communication: You speak fluent German and English and can present complex topics precisely to different stakeholders.
