About the role

  • Intern supporting administrative tasks and events in Talent Management at DMS Logistics. Involving office supplies management, event organization, and HR administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with management of office supplies, inventory control, and purchase requests;
  • Support tracking of office and equipment maintenance requests;
  • Attend technical visits and oversee third-party service providers;
  • Support management of access control, ID badges, and internal space logistics;
  • Assist in organizing internal events and supporting administrative activities for the Human Resources area;
  • General administrative support.

Requirements

  • Intermediate English;
  • Currently enrolled in a technical program or undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Expected graduation date from the 2nd semester of 2027;
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and proactivity;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks or facilities support is a plus.
