About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, support and develop a team of Case Managers to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Oversee documentation checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness
  • Monitor case flow, ensuring timely progression from initial packaging to lender submission and completion
  • Act as the contact point for complex cases, providing guidance and solutions
  • Maintain a high standard of client communication, ensuring transparency and proactive updates
  • Prioritise workload effectively to meet team performance targets and service level agreements
  • Work closely with Advisers, Underwriters, and Lenders to achieve smooth case processing and positive client outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Second Charge Case Manager is essential
  • Experience mentoring or leading Case Managers or junior staff
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services sector
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
