About the role

  • Deal Desk Manager responsible for architecting the deal-execution process at SaaS company. Collaborating with Finance and Sales to ensure operational excellence and accurate billing.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own the deal-execution process
  • Define workflows, approval matrices, and rules of engagement
  • Ensure revenue integrity and accurate billing
  • Design end-to-end Deal Desk framework
  • Review and approve amendments to pricing and contract terms
  • Clean up and maintain source of truth in systems
  • Educate Sales team on deal structuring best practices
  • Collaborate with Finance and RevOps teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations
  • Deep understanding of SaaS commercial terms
  • Strong experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage messy data effectively
  • Technical proficiency in billing/accounting software
  • Assertive and able to hold ground with Sales teams
  • Proactive in improving reporting and planning maturity
