Provide administrative support to Strategic Relationship Managers and VPs at Prudential. Coordinate meetings, travel, expenses, compliance submissions, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-level administrative support to VPs and Strategic Relationship Managers to help drive profitable growth
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (in person and virtual) including scheduling, coordinating meals, inviting attendees, booking conference rooms
Schedule CE through QuestTrack system and send final report
Ensure activities adhere to corporate Gift and Entertainment guidelines and submit data to STAR Compliance when necessary
Submit BIOs and presentations for MRU approval
Process T&E vouchers via iExpense and submit invoices to Accounts Payable and track through completion
Arrange travel via online booking tool CWT
Complete broker/dealer firm specific reporting requirements
Order office supplies and promotional items
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively and professionally with all levels in the organization
Team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay abreast of rapidly changing information
Ability and willingness to work with change and ambiguity
Must exercise sound judgment, discretion, and always maintain a high level of confidentiality
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years in a related field is a plus
Familiarity with Prudential enterprise systems and applications is a plus
