About the role

  • Manage the day-to-day schedules of the Executive team, including proactively prioritizing calendar commitments based on meetings, projects, and team needs
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including managing expenses, filing, and organizing documents
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policies and preferences
  • Assist in coordinating food orders, luncheon planning, and other business-related meetings as requested
  • Manage office supply expenditures, monitor supply levels, and handle order processing and invoice reconciliation
  • Support team projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling various responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar positions or performing similar duties
  • Strong communication in English both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to track multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated strength in managing complex interpersonal situations, leading with accountability, and maintaining a composed demeanor in conflict resolution
  • Ability to perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor
