Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings for decision-making.
Assist in project management by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Process expense reports and manage budgets related to the executive’s activities.
Support office operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Represent the executive in meetings when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
