About the role

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings for decision-making.
  • Assist in project management by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Process expense reports and manage budgets related to the executive’s activities.
  • Support office operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Represent the executive in meetings when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
