About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting CEO and CFO in managing day-to-day activities for a tech company. Organized and proactive role coordinating communications, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ calendars and prioritize schedules
  • Organize and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate with the accounting department, managing invoices and expenses
  • Manage the process of contract signing and mailing
  • Establish contact with senior executives of client organizations
  • Manage travel arrangements including flights and accommodations
  • Work closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an assistant/administrative role
  • Completed or at least ongoing BsC studies, preferably in a business-related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to engage in new tasks and willingness to develop professionally
  • Proficient in Hungarian
  • At least intermediate in English
