Responsibilities
Operational coordination and execution of all organizational processes before, during and after events
Direct interface between event management, internal departments (service, kitchen, technical, housekeeping) and external vendors
Ensure all operational standards and procedures are followed
Monitor and manage setup and teardown according to event plans
On-site management of event locations as the first point of contact for teams, vendors and guests
Handle phone reservations and guest requests in close collaboration with the reservations team
Maintain checklists, event documentation and handover protocols
Support continuous optimization of operational processes
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in events, hospitality or a commercial field
Ideally you have experience in operational event coordination, event execution or a comparable role
You work in a structured, organized way and keep an overview even in stressful situations
You are communicative, service-oriented and can work well with different teams
You are resilient, flexible and willing to work evenings or weekends when required
You are confident with MS Office and ideally familiar with common event software or reservation systems
You speak very good German and English; additional languages are a plus.
