About the role

  • Ensure the overall integrity of P&W data in RTX’s centralized case management system by supporting both the Investigations team and the team of E&C Officers (ECO) with the timely, accurate and thorough tracking of matters in the system.
  • This includes: auditing and performing reviews; ensuring data clarity, completeness, and consistency, including the consistent coding of matters; identifying best practices and process enhancements; and providing guidance and training to system users.
  • Collaborate with the E&C Data Health Monitoring team to facilitate the creation of detailed investigation-related reports and charts for larger reporting to P&W and RTX Compliance functions.
  • Support the Investigations and ECO teams with the tracking of matters through executive-level P&W and RTX internal reviews and approval processes required in connection with the disposition of a certain sub-set of matters.
  • Serve as a back-up for the Intake Triage Manager. This responsibility includes participating in the initial prompt review and assessment of concerns submitted through RTX’s E&C reporting tool and/or other channels to determine whether a full investigation is appropriate.
  • Assist with the management and tracking of investigation correctives actions.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of standard work and processes for investigations, including with respect to matter tracking, data entry, reporting, and review/approval processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in ethics and compliance or a related field (may include auditing, legal, etc.);
  • OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in ethics and compliance or a related field (may include auditing, legal, etc.)
  • US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder)
  • High integrity
  • Experience with a case management system
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong analytical, critical and strategic thinking skills

  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks

  • Technical skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Experience with internal or government investigations and/or prior legal work preferred
