Ensure the overall integrity of P&W data in RTX’s centralized case management system by supporting both the Investigations team and the team of E&C Officers (ECO) with the timely, accurate and thorough tracking of matters in the system.
This includes: auditing and performing reviews; ensuring data clarity, completeness, and consistency, including the consistent coding of matters; identifying best practices and process enhancements; and providing guidance and training to system users.
Collaborate with the E&C Data Health Monitoring team to facilitate the creation of detailed investigation-related reports and charts for larger reporting to P&W and RTX Compliance functions.
Support the Investigations and ECO teams with the tracking of matters through executive-level P&W and RTX internal reviews and approval processes required in connection with the disposition of a certain sub-set of matters.
Serve as a back-up for the Intake Triage Manager. This responsibility includes participating in the initial prompt review and assessment of concerns submitted through RTX’s E&C reporting tool and/or other channels to determine whether a full investigation is appropriate.
Assist with the management and tracking of investigation correctives actions.
Assist in the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of standard work and processes for investigations, including with respect to matter tracking, data entry, reporting, and review/approval processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in ethics and compliance or a related field (may include auditing, legal, etc.);
OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in ethics and compliance or a related field (may include auditing, legal, etc.)
