Responsibilities
Relacionamento com clientes e parceiros estratégicos (clientes finais, mantenedores, instaladores, projetistas e integradores);
Prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios voltados à sistemas de climatização de médio e grande porte;
Elaboração e negociação de propostas técnico-comerciais de alta complexidade para soluções customizadas em serviços;
Realização de análises financeiras e de viabilidade econômica (Payback, ROI, TCO e outras métricas de investimento);
Colaboração com equipes internas e rede de parceiros para expansão e consolidação de negócios em todo território nacional;
Desenvolvimento de soluções que maximizem performance, confiabilidade e valor agregado ao cliente.
Requirements
Formação superior completa em Engenharia ou Curso Técnico;
Experiência anterior na área de Vendas no mercado de ar condicionado;
Capacidade analítica para elaboração de estudos financeiros e análises de viabilidade de projetos;
Perfil consultivo, com forte habilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
Conhecimento/experiência em análise de projetos em CAD e demais softwares;
Conhecimento/experiência em redes de comunicação (LAN Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet) e sistemas de automação/controle;
Conhecimento de sistemas e operação de CAG;
Pacote Office avançado;
Disponibilidade para atuar em formato Home Office;
