  • Senior Sales Manager leading high-value enterprise sales cycles at Iron Mountain. Collaborating with C-Suite executives and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex sales cycles through the development and execution of Strategic Sales Plans, Win Plans and Close Plans to secure high-value Enterprise contracts.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to build long-term relationships and develop advanced financial models, such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, to demonstrate clear business value.
  • Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain's organizational standards and negotiation policies, actively participating in strategic industry events for high-level prospecting.

Requirements

  • Strong senior-level Enterprise sales experience, specifically managing long sales cycles and high quotas in technology.
  • Proven expertise in the Cloud ecosystem and complex technology services, with the ability to act as a technical consultant.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing C-level stakeholders and advanced financial engineering to validate complex business cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish for international negotiations.
