Ensure consistency and excellence across organic and paid content
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as brand, customer and shopper Marketing, creative services, category management, and external agency partners
Manage customer Brand Store content and optimize item names, bullets, product descriptions, and below-the-fold/A+ content
Conduct regular reviews of customer scorecards and lead the development of recommended action plans
Partner with the Wellness Pet Category Management Team to identify key performance trends and translate them into content improvement opportunities
Requirements
5 years of experience in eCom content management, digital marketing, or retail media
Proven ability to manage and optimize Product Detail Page (PDP) content, including copywriting for titles, bullets, and A+ content
Hands-on experience with eCom digital shelf analytics platforms like Profitero, Pacvue, or similar
Strong understanding of SEO best practices for retail media and organic search optimization across eCom platforms
Experience developing and managing content for retail media campaigns
Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with brand, media, and customer teams to align on messaging, creative needs, and campaign timelines
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
