- lead the global strategy for verification, validation, and test automation

- oversee Design Verification, Validation, and Test Automation ensuring technical excellence

Requirements
- direct experience in healthcare regulations and medical device environments
- deep knowledge of ISO 13485, Design Controls, and regulated product development
- hands-on expertise in Verification, Validation, and Test Automation
- proven ability to drive transformation from manual to automated testing
- global leadership experience managing multi-site R&D teams
- strong track record of stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field)
- at least 15 years of experience in R&D, Systems Design, or Product Development in regulated industries
