Responsibilities
Lead team responsible for managing sales consultant support and implementation of key Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) messages, campaigns, programs and product launches
Oversee the creation and ensure updates of sales strategy materials
Ensure compliance approvals obtained as needed
Oversee the design, development and implementation plan for the sales organization related to complex product marketing programs/initiatives
Provide ongoing support to sales organization by supporting team with updates at meetings and responding to requests
Oversee the development and implementation of virtual and in-person events
Set strategy and execute on tactics to drive advisor and sales consultant engagement
Provide recommendations for program improvements and oversee execution
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements
10+ years' experience in sales strategy or marketing position
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Series 7 (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Series 24 (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Experience with Ameriprise Financial product suite (preferred)
Knowledge of the Ameriprise field structure (preferred)
Strong project management skills
Ability to think strategically and influence people at all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
