About the role

  • Build executive level relationship with our Partners, focused on defining and execution of business goals aligned with Elemica's selling strategy
  • Build partner facing programs that increase Elemica's revenue from Partner activities
  • Determine the optimal partner mix given the assets and resources of Elemica
  • Build our Partner program across different segments based on a balance of near-term rewards and long-term growth objectives
  • Hire, retain and develop Partner team talent
  • Align with key stakeholders to develop and communicate strategies to close service gaps
  • Develop key partner relationships towards a deep understanding of their priorities, success measures, and planning/operating cycles to create, anticipate and execute new growth opportunities
  • Build internal relationships with regional leadership, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and IT to drive awareness of Partner capabilities, differentiators, and success criteria
  • Develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders that operate in your market to support your Partner's business goals
  • Align with business objectives, goals, and investments to unlock greater innovation and growth inside the partnership

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of IT/software sales and partner development experience at an enterprise level; a high-growth mindset and commercial acumen
  • Experience with Supply Chain is a must-have; Chemical/Oil/Gas or Process Manufacturing vertical is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Supply Chain System Integrator and/or Supply Chain Application landscape
  • Experience with building or reshaping an existing Partner program to accelerate growth in this channel
  • Must be professional, accessible, and adaptable to changing business needs a keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit are paramount
  • Proven accountability and excellent interpersonal skills; the confidence to be an honest advocate who is willing to speak up when needed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to get to the root cause of internal and external problems; ability to recommend resolutions
  • Excellent professional communication skills and ability to use common business applications
  • Must respond to client requests with empathy, compassion, strategic advisement, and rapidity
  • Desire to work with a collaborative global team with offices in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Frankfurt, Oxford, UK, Bunnik, and Hyderabad
  • Travel expectation up to 60%
