Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Identify and capitalize on new and existing market segments
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategy with broader business objectives
Collaborate with Accordant Marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and expand brand presence in key markets
Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation through closing, with a focus on optimizing conversion rates
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, KPIs, and strategic objectives
Partner with and support the Accordant Client Success Management organization to enhance client satisfaction and improve retention rates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of sales experience, including leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth
Strong team leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing talent
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
