About the role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and capitalize on new and existing market segments
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
  • Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategy with broader business objectives
  • Collaborate with Accordant Marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and expand brand presence in key markets
  • Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation through closing, with a focus on optimizing conversion rates
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, KPIs, and strategic objectives
  • Partner with and support the Accordant Client Success Management organization to enhance client satisfaction and improve retention rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong team leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing talent
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
