  • Responsible for sales in Austria, both strategically and operationally.
  • Achieve sustainable revenue growth and a strong market position for Inuvet.
  • Lead and develop the field sales team, providing clear direction.
  • Conduct sales meetings and handle objections confidently.
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the veterinary/animal health sector.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to deliver results.
  • Strong selling skills; comfortable addressing objections and proactively closing deals.
  • Ability to lead, develop and inspire a team.
  • Actively drive change rather than just accept it.
  • Take responsibility, make decisions and stand by them.
