About the role

  • Senior Partner Sales & Enablement Manager at Reybex managing partner sales and channels in the DACH region. Focused on creating scalable partner ecosystems that drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Actively build a high-performing partner network (system integrators, IT service providers, agencies, consulting firms) in the DACH region
  • Identify, approach and recruit new partners with a clear focus on revenue potential
  • Guide partners through the entire sales process — from the initial pitch to closing
  • Conduct pre-sales demos and presentations of our Reybex ERP solution (including AI features)
  • Enable partner teams so they can independently qualify leads, present and close deals
  • Develop and deliver partner trainings, sales playbooks and onboarding processes
  • Support and accompany initial deals (co-selling) until the partner is fully autonomous
  • Develop joint go-to-market and sales strategies with partners
  • Measure and manage partner performance (e.g., pipeline, deals, conversion rates)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
  • Proven track record in building partnerships and generating revenue through partners
  • Strong understanding of sales processes (Lead → Demo → Closing)
  • Experience in pre-sales
  • Good knowledge of business processes (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics, e-commerce)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and strong results orientation
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence at all levels
  • Excellent German skills; English is a plus
