Responsibilities
Develop and implement an annual sales plan aligned with firm's growth objectives
Set revenue targets, track performance, and forecast quarterly results
Identify new markets, service lines, and referral sources
Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, events, and digital channels
Qualify prospects against DHA’s ideal client profile and manage sales pipeline
