Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets.

Manage website, social media channels, and digital campaigns to showcase project portfolio and company expertise.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry associations, and community events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8–12+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or professional services.
Proven track record in brand management, B2B marketing, and business development support.
Strong project management, writing, and storytelling skills.
Experience with CRM tools, proposal software, and digital analytics platforms.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
