  • Provide strategic input to product development based on market insights and customer feedback
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent; build a strong internal pipeline for succession
  • Establish clear performance metrics and incentive structures that drive results
  • Foster a high-energy, customer-centric team culture focused on winning and growth
  • Coach and mentor team members to elevate individual and collective performance
  • Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and performance reports using standardized tools
  • Ensure CRM pipeline health and data integrity to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage strategic accounts directly, ensuring high-value relationships and revenue impact
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, services, operations and other regional and global functions to support sales execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; MBA or advanced business training preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in instrumentation sales
  • 2+ years of experience leading sales teams with proven success in driving growth
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales organizations and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives, up to 50% travel in North America, with occasional travel to Helsinki Finland.
