About the role

  • Associate Director leading global Talent Acquisition strategy at Gartner. Building relationships and delivering on hiring objectives with strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and own influential relationships across the organization
  • Deliver on Talent Acquisition objectives by monitoring overall recruiting performance
  • Consistently track key performance indicators and pipeline health
  • Build and implement innovative solutions for hiring outcomes
  • Drive project management across multiple projects
  • Analyze and synthesize data into compelling presentations
  • Collaborate with business partners to solve business issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or strategic Recruiting/HR leadership
  • Strong quantitative abilities using data and technology
  • Demonstrated experience telling stories with data to influence executive level clients
  • Ability to solve complex problems and manage ambiguity
  • Strong collaborator and business partner
  • Demonstrated ability to own, manage and complete projects with high quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent organization skills
