About the role

  • Lead and cultivate customer engagements and build/manage a team of consultants and analysts delivering solutions to major advertisers
  • Act as customer and team lead with hands-on involvement in project management, business interpretation and application, customer communication, insights/results delivery, and adoption of analytics and technology
  • Strategically manage a portfolio of accounts and provide thought leadership and actionable insights (MMM, attribution, cross-media, test-and-learn, pricing, segmentation, optimization)
  • Provide hands-on team leadership to ensure timely and effective customer deliverables; communicate and manage expectations and resolve issues
  • Drive efficient and profitable customer delivery, adopt technology, utilize standard delivery approaches and improve delivery processes
  • Develop and deliver insightful presentations that demonstrate tangible value and customer impact and provide expert consultative advice
  • Infuse industry knowledge and business acumen to drive adoption of analytic insights and software in customer decision processes
  • Manage towards revenue and profitability goals; support contract renewals and upsell opportunities and grow accounts across solutions and geographies
  • Collaborate with CET partners, finance, and leadership to manage resourcing, financials, and performance management; train and coach team members
  • Lead or contribute to internal corporate initiatives to drive agility, efficiency, and company growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Business Analytics and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Marketing preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience with marketing mix modeling, digital media analysis, business focused analytics, advertising effectiveness analysis or related statistical modeling experience
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize schedules
  • Strong customer management skills to handle tricky situations diplomatically and manage customer expectations
  • Experience leading and working with a team developing and delivering presentations with insights that deliver value to customers
  • Proven success with customer delivery of advanced analytics programs such as marketing mix modeling and unified measurement
  • Ability to occasionally travel domestically and/or internationally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
