Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI.
Oversee social media calendars, drive meaningful conversations, and monitor campaign performance to refine strategies.
Execute SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online presence and organic reach.
Analyze performance metrics and create actionable reports to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.
Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure unified and consistent brand storytelling.
Stay current with digital trends, marketing innovations, and new tools to maintain our position as a disruptor in the space.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven digital marketing experience, ideally within the health, fitness, or service-based industries.
Deep understanding of marketing funnel creation, customer journey mapping, and social media positioning.
Experience with marketing campaigns that challenge traditional norms or reposition an industry message.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms and social media platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
