About the role

  • Develop, implement, and manage disruptive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including social media, search, email, and paid ads.
  • Strategically plan and lead marketing campaigns that challenge conventional thinking and reposition public understanding around physical pain.
  • Create high-converting, brand-aligned content to drive visibility, community engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate in shaping the messaging that clearly communicates our unique product offering and the impact it has on people’s lives.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee social media calendars, drive meaningful conversations, and monitor campaign performance to refine strategies.
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online presence and organic reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics and create actionable reports to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure unified and consistent brand storytelling.
  • Stay current with digital trends, marketing innovations, and new tools to maintain our position as a disruptor in the space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven digital marketing experience, ideally within the health, fitness, or service-based industries.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel creation, customer journey mapping, and social media positioning.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns that challenge traditional norms or reposition an industry message.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms and social media platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Passionate about empowering people, supporting transformation, and being part of a brand with purpose.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into real-world marketing strategies.
  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
